We are currently advising our Client which is a public listed corporate and the flagship company of the multicrore Group, with its Corporate Office located in Mumbai. It is primarily engaged in the manufacture of plants, equipments and chemicals for the surface finishing industry, and has been the leader in the Indian Subcontinent since last 50 years. Recently it has embarked upon a journey in the Retail and Real Estate business with development of a Mega Mall, at Mumbai.
Our Client is also a part of a leading group who for over 40 years manufacture, virtually the entire range of metal finishing chemicals, as well as all types of equipment and plating plants made to international specifications and supplied to exacting standards the world over. Our Client is one of the very few metal finishing houses the world over, capable of offering an integrated package of chemicals, plants, effluent treatment systems and waste recovery techniques from spent solutions.
Our Client is currently looking for General Manager - Exports
Job Location: Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Job entails expanding and supporting existing and new network.
* Would be responsible for Pre & Post shipment documentations, arrranging all documents.
*Liasioning with various clearing agencies, freight forwarding agents and Govt. Departments for clearance of Shipments.
* Preparing documents for fulfillment of Export Obligations against EPCG / Advance Licence and other Routine works related to Bank, DGFT, Custom, Excise, Embassy, RBI Formalities etc.
* Coordinate with factory, customers and Banks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
* Graduate with MBA with minimum 8 -10 years of experience preferably in chemicals / paints industry / metal finishing industry.
* Should be capable of meeting export targets, handling customers on personal level.
* Should have hands on experience on setting up international branch offices.
* Must have travelled abroad and participated in foreign exhibitions.
* He must be computer literate.
* Should be aware and updated of the current market trends.
* Should be able to coordinate with factory, customer and Banks. |
