Mrs. Renuka Tandon:

Renuka is Commerce graduate with a post graduate diploma in Computer Systems and Masters in Computer Management. She is also a Certified NetWare Engineer. She has over 15 years IT experience with various manufacturing companies and has worked on various Hardware platforms from old IBM and Digital proprietary platforms to the current Windows NT and NetWare network operating systems. During her 15 years experience she has built up a large network of contacts in the IT industry in India. She also has a lot of experience in developing computer-based tests for evaluating candidate profiles and personality testing. She is also the Convener of the Pune Chapter of Executive Recruiter’s Association (ERA)

Mr. Sudhir Tandon:

Sudhir has around 25 years experience in diverse areas. He has worked with automobile , consulting and recruitment, advertising and heavy engineering companies. He is an Engineer from the prestigious IIT Kharagpur and a Masters in Management Studies from JBIMS, Bombay University. He has worked as a management, recruitment and a Software Consultant with ABC Consultants carrying out assignments both in India and overseas. He has also headed the Software Division of Hinditron and has been a Technology Director at Mudra Communications Ltd. Apart from being involved with TanNet he is also an advisor to various manufacturing companies in Pune for Enterprise Resource Planning software.

The Rest of the Team

Apart from the above TanNet has 16 persons operating out of our Pune Office and the team is growing. The education profile ranges from BE, MCAs, MBA – HR, MPM, BBA etc. Our selection criteria has been to recruit persons who are either comfortable with IT or are strong in recruitment.

The Team operates out of our Office at Dhole Patil Road. The office is fully equipped with a dedicated Test Center for conducting computer based tests or written tests on behalf of the Clients. We are currently in the process of automating our entire hiring, and customer management processes
